Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date:

● you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under one order and they were delivered at the same time;

● the date you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered several goods under one order and they were delivered separately

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via e-mail: support@ButikkOslo.com. You can use the enclosed standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period that you send the message about exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of exercising the right of cancellation

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer), immediately and at the latest within 30 days after we have received the notification that you have exercised your right of cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. This refund will under no circumstances result in additional costs for you.

We may refuse a refund until we

● have received the returned goods, or

● you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date you informed us that you withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day deadline.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and cancellation of the right of withdrawal

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts:

● for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

● for the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

● for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price is agreed in the contract, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value is dependent on market fluctuations

for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for agreements:

● for the delivery of sealed goods that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, if the seal is broken after delivery;

for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is broken after delivery.
